October to April is the prime season for desert visits. During these months, temperatures range from 20-25°C (68-77°F) in the daytime and 5-10°C (41-50°F) at night. The weather is ideal for outdoor activities like camel trekking and exploring. October and March offer the most comfortable conditions with pleasant temperatures and minimal rainfall.

November and December bring mild temperatures but increased chances of occasional rain. January and February are the coldest months with temperatures dropping to near freezing at night, requiring warm clothing. April begins to warm up with temperatures around 30°C (86°F).

May to September should generally be avoided. June to August experiences extreme heat with temperatures exceeding 45°C (113°F), making outdoor activities uncomfortable or dangerous. June and September have moderate heat around 35-40°C (95-104°F). Rainfall is virtually non-existent throughout the year.

Best months overall are October, November, March, and April when conditions are perfect. Book accommodations in advance during peak season. The shoulder months offer fewer tourists and still excellent weather.
